At the end of the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. You will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

About the Course
The course includes Ashtanga yoga primary series, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Yogic Diet and different forms of Meditation like Osho Nadabrahma, Nataraj, Kundalini and Dynamic.
An advanced course is also available and can be discussed with the teacher. The Pranayama classes cover various techniques like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Sithali, Sithkari and Brahmari. Also, a brief explanation on the essence of Bhagavad Gita will be discussed. Ayurveda and basic sanskrit language are taught on the weekends for those interested.
Since, our course is based on practical approach, at the end of the course students shall be confident to lead the class and also have improved their own practice.
The eligibility for this course is a sincere desire to learn and discipline to attend all the classes. Previous experience in Ashtanga or Hatha yoga is preferred but not a must.
