The Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training is a comprehensive Yoga instructor training, designed in accordance with the 200 hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. At the end of the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. You will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
This Ashtanga Yoga course provides an intense experience that helps to develop a firm foundation
of inner discipline. The course curriculum is comprehensive and taught by teachers who have extensive experience in Yoga and Meditation.
The course includes Ashtanga yoga primary series, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Yogic Diet and different forms of Meditation like Osho Nadabrahma, Nataraj, Kundalini and Dynamic.

"Mysore Style" is practiced fter the first week of LED class where students get a chance to improve their practice without the teacher leading them. But the teacher will be present to adjust the postures, correcting and clearing any doubts the student may have.
Since, our course is based on practical approach, at the end of the course students shall be confident to lead the class and also have improved their own practice.
The eligibility for this course is a sincere desire to learn and discipline to attend all the classes. Previous experience in Ashtanga or Hatha yoga is preferred but not a must.
